What do you think should be done by parents,educators and the whole society to help youths develop their talents in sport ,music ,art

parents and educators can't hardly do anything as long as our educational system fills up the school days as it does now. In some nothern countries, students study in the morning and have artistics or sports activities. Those systems are, I think, being reformed. It should exist a middle exit between those two alternatives.
In France, if I wanted to do some activities, I wouldn't have time for my homeworks. Specially when you are living in a small place and you have to be taken to your sport or whatever activity. I only do one in the  college : it's" futsal" on Thursdays, and I get back home at seven pm.....If, during the day, the teachers give me lots of homework for  Friday, I have to go to sleep quite late. I spend my Wenesdays and weekends to try to study as much as I can for the whole week.
Sports and music are included in our program but, maybe, not as it should be.

J'ai fait ça à la va vite.....en gros je dis que les parents etc...ne peuvent pas faire grand chose tant que nos journées sont aussi chargées. Sans compter qu'on habite pas tous dans une grande ville, et les parents doivent parfois faire le taxi pour nous emmener qq part
