    N = (2y-3)(3y+5)+4y-6

    1) 4y-6 = 2(y-3)
     
    2) N =(2y-3)(3y+5)+2(2y-3)
    facto :
    (2y-3)(3y+5+2) =
    (2y-3)(3y+7)
