what do you think should be done by parents, educators and the whole society to help youths develop their talents in sport,music,art,etc?

first of all parents should intgrate their gifted children in groups with similar abilities and provide suitable inviremment to help them practise their gifts and ouf course they should support them and encourage them . for educators they should expose their work to the public and to make them participate in competitions and school should grant them awards . finally for society it should adopt talented student and provide more training also organize festivals and invite them to perform in front of audience beside that society should help talented students financially (like scholarship)
