first and foremost: reform the hole educational system to adapt it to the reality: not everyone is made to become a "thinker" or "intellectual"... let the smith be a smith, the driver be a driver, the artist be an artist... and from there, try to identify them as soon as possible in order for them to become more mature according to their own talents and not the ones we want them to have...
